LT update and apology on our current broken e ticket system:

All customer who booked through the LT web site are confirmed as having paid and are able to attend the events. The issue is the linked email you received which either states “your booking is processing” with no attached e ticket or an email confirmation you’re booking with a linked pdf E-ticket which fails to open.

Both of these issues are with your ticket and not with your event booking.

The old developers instead of fixing the issues have now shutdown the linked E-ticket system and are ignoring our communications. We can only apologize for our lack of tech skills to get this matter fixed at this time.

A new developer is looking at our systems and will update us in the next week, if they can create a temporary fix whilst they develop a new e ticket and confirmation service. They will also be improving the LT web site design and booking experience for us over the coming months.

In the meantime, all bookings have been received and are recorded for you to attend the events. All your character card changes and OSP’s are been worked on and updated ready for the first event. Character cards as with the last 2 years are collected along with your character game tokens and wristband from the gate on arrival at the first event you attend. Please make sure you have some form of ID with your name on it in case it is required at the gate.

We arrive on site next Sunday to start preparations for The Spring Moot, a week later and the Gryphons, Unicorns and LT set up crews arrive to put up all the tents and make the magic happen setting up the event ready for you all to attend.
