We are still experiencing technical issues with booking confirmation emails; however, we have created a workaround that we will send out to everyone who has booked a ticket online confirming that their booking has been completed in the coming hours.
The below is an example of the added notice on the email you will receive advising of this. This email will be your ticket and should be shown to the Gate Staff on arrival to site, where you will also receive your Character card and event token.
Please be aware that if you were unable to complete any OSP spends, or Character amendments during booking, you will need to complete these at Games Control.
