Event Booking Terms and Conditions
This page (together with any documents referred to on it) defines the terms and conditions on which we enable you to make event booking(s). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any of our Events. By booking any of our Events, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to attend events you must comply with event attendance regulations which can be found in Rune.
1. Price and Payment
The prices for the current events are available on the Events page of our website and are inclusive of VAT.
You may pay for your booking online by credit or debit card (debit card preferred). Credit and debit card payments made online through our website are processed by a secure payment collection service (Opayo formally Sagepay) aswell as Lloyds cardnet.
If we have mis-priced any item on our website and you are charged an incorrect price, we will notify you to rectify the issue. We are not obliged to supply the item at the errored price.
2. Confirmation of Booking
After making a booking you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your booking request. Please note, your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received. As event tickets are personalised and bespoke to the individual, there is no cooling off period.
3. Change/Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once tickets are purchased they are non refundable and non transferable. We may cancel or change events by rescheduling the date or location. We will notify you of any changes either by our official website, Facebook page and/or by email.
If changes are made by the Lorien Trust affecting the date or location of an event your booking will be automatically moved and be valid for the new schedule. If you cannot attend the new date/location, you can request a refund within 21 days of our official notification. To request a refund, you must email enquiries@lorientrust.com giving us details of the event(s) that have changed.
4. Written Communications
Official notices/updates will be communicated via the Lorien Trust Facebook page and the Lorien Trust website at www.Lorientrust.com. On occasions it may be necessary to communicate with individuals which may be by email or post.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we will use the information which you have provided to us. Any communication from a customer gives us permission to reply by that same communication route, it may be necessary for us to access personal your data in order to reply.
6. Photography
We may use photographs taken at events in publicity and marketing materials, including use on our website. Your attendance at an event may mean that you are featured in such photographs. If you are featured on a photograph and you would like us to remove it please email Enquiries@lorientrust.com with your request.
7. Our Right to Vary These Terms and Conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in technology, payment methods, relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities or future development.
