Your new E-tickets email with an attached PDF and QR code has been sent to all pre booked 2023 customers.
Check your spam / junk mail folders, the email will have been sent from enquiries@lorientrust.com. Please also make sure your friends check their email folders too. If you cant find it please email us.
If the Faction box on your E ticket is blank its a feature that was added to the E ticket too late to catch the early bookings your Faction will be correct on the database and your character card.
