In the final week of winter booking we saw a huge number of bookings which everyone seemed to have left until the last minute as usual. As we have finished our technical updates, we will now able to process your bookings and get your linked character updated.
The processing of this is going to take a few weeks therefore please allow this time before checking to see that your character has been updated. You will then receive a confirmation email that your booking has been processed and completed, please ensure you read this email carefully.
