Another apology from the Office staff for the delay in getting your bookings processed
and your event ticket to you. We are making changes to how we deal with event
bookings. This is mainly due to the various postal strikes, the number of times postage
costs have risen and the rubbish created by all those labels, stamps and envelopes, we
are going more digital.

An E-tickets system has been designed which we will from later today send all those
who have pre-booked for 2023, an email with an attached PDF ticket which includes a
QR code to be used at the gate. Please check your email later today or tomorrow and if
not found make sure to also check your spam/junk folders so that you don’t miss this
email (this will be from enquiries@lorientrust.com)

This email will include details for use at the gate, an order number, instructions for gate
use, how to collect your character card, coin etc. Followed by a link to your digital pdf
ticket and then a copy of your order details and address.

• Please show your E-ticket to gate staff and then scan your QR code to the scanner.
• You will then be issued your event wristband (Must be worn).
• If you have booked all 4 you will receive a Taal at the Spring Moot only. Any single
event you have booked, will receive a gold at each event attended.
• Your character card will then be found by alphabetical order at the gate.
• Please make sure you have collected all items listed above (Wristband, Character card
and Coin, Apologies if your character card cannot be found then you will need to go to
games control.

Most of you will now have your character card linked to your LT web account and
viewable, showing any pre-book updates for 2023 from your booking. Your new updated
physical character card will be gained at the gate at the first mainline event of the
season you have booked for.

If attending any sanctioned event prior to you having your physical updated character
card you can show your linked character card to their Games Control staff/Referee’s if
required to check details.
We will be updating other areas of the LT web and the booking system to make it more
user friendly and easier to navigate.

Lastly a reminder that the Spring booking Deadline ends at 10pm on 26th March, just a
week away. After this time its pay on the gate only for early two events and then the
summer bookings open for the August events.
