Before you snuggle down for the Winter, we are pleased to announce our event prices and that bookings are now open for the 2022 events. The website is now active again with the updated Publications including the latest Rune, Player Handbook etc.
Following the success of the August 2021 events and to give our customers peace of mind we have taken the early decision to follow very similar guidelines for the 2022 events to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment i.e. checking the Covid Passport status upon arrival, one way systems in key departments, additional hand wash and sanitising stations etc. We are very pleased with the positive comments many of you have given relating to the above measures and especially the compliments on our improved maintenance and care of site facilities.
A reminder that with the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in May 2022 the GEF is a Friday to Sunday event as Monday is no longer a bank holiday for next year only.
Customer Credits
Customers with a credit for the All 4 events have had a discount applied which is valid against an All 4 2022 adult ticket and must be booked online in the Winter prebook window which ends January 31st. With this booking you will get the Winter deal which includes the bonus OSPs giving you a total of 60 OSPs.
Customers with the automatic credit for the cancelled May 2021 events have had a credit of £125 applied to their account which is only valid against an All 4 2022 adult ticket and must be booked online in the Winter/Spring prebook windows, i.e. before 31st March preferably booked in Winter giving you the bonus 20 OSPs giving a total of 60, if you book in Spring you will get the standard 40 OSPs and pay the Spring Price increase of plus £25.
The remaining customers with credits will receive an email from us this week to explain the options and process to top up/redeem their credit.
If you are unsure of any of the above, we have full records of your bookings and whether you had a credit/refund and will check if you email into enquiries@lorientrust.com, we will not discuss on this open forum your individual booking/credit query.
If you have a credit and when booking online your discount does not show, email enquiries@lorientrust.com and we will sort this out. Please do not proceed with your checkout until the issue has been resolved.
As stated in our previous communications credits are only valid for a 2022 online booking made Winter/Spring.
