    My initial thoughts are that it's a bit basic.

    In the links box, rather than Chapter 1, 2, 3 etc.  you could have put the chapters title.
    You could also have links to specific topics, not just sections.

    For the OSP guide you could have each skill in the tables either tooltip a description, or link to it's description text.

    A search facility would be useful too.
